Voices for Resilience: Youth Eco-Resilience project partners build the online training course together

Twenty videos, four thematic modules, one shared channel. Production has begun on the online training on climate, migration and human security.

Delivering an online training course spread across organisations in different countries is not just a technical matter. It means reconciling languages, narrative styles, schedules and quality standards, without flattening the very differences that make an international consortium interesting. This is exactly the work that the partners of the Youth Eco-Resilience (YER) project have carried out over recent months, focused on producing the video content for the training.

The project falls under the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange Programme and centres on intercultural dialogue, climate resilience and community empowerment.

Twenty videos in ten weeks

The production plan covers twenty videos in total. Publication began in November 2025 and will run through to February 2026.

One channel, one shared visual identity

The videos are available on the official YouTube channel, YER – Voices for Eco-Resilience (@YERVoices).

Participants are already on board

This work has proceeded in parallel with the participant recruitment phase, which has seen over 150 confirmed participants, with further applications still coming in.

What remains afterwards

The value of this activity does not end with the final upload. At the close of the course, the project will leave behind a public, multilingual and freely accessible video archive, built to shared standards by organisations working in very different contexts. For the young people involved it is a training course; for organisations working on climate, migration and human security it is a resource that will remain usable well beyond the end of the project’s activities.
